Jeszcze do niedawna największą oglądalnością na Netflixie mógł pochwalić się "Wiedźmin". W pierwszych 28 dniach od premiery serial obejrzało 76 mln subskrybentów. Netflix zakładał, że "Brigertonowie" zajmą drugie miejsce z wynikiem 63 ml widzów. Produkcja przerosła jednak najśmielsze oczekiwania, bowiem obejrzało ją aż 82 mln subskrybentów! Jest to obecnie największa premiera Netflixa w historii! Co istotne, "Bridgertonowie" znaleźli się na pierwszym miejscu oglądalności aż w 83 krajach.

Netflix potwierdził, że będzie drugi sezon serialu "Bridgertonowie". Data premiery nowych odcinków nie jest na ten moment znana. Twórcą adaptacji powieści Julii Quinn jest Chris Van Dusen. Akcja produkcji toczy się w Londynie w czasach brytyjskiej regencji. Poznajemy ósemkę rodzeństwa, które poszukuje miłości. W rolach głównych występują m.in. Phoebe Dynevor, Polly Walker oraz Regé-Jean Page.
